The BCMEA is proud to empower B.C.鈥檚 leading waterfront employers. We support our members by ensuring the health, safety and upskilling of B.C.’s shared waterfront workforce. Our services include robust labour relations support, enhanced safety and skills training delivery and advanced data analytics for workforce planning and the dispatch of labour.

Training
